CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within

               72 hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal

               holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed.  A full refund will also be made to any

               student who cancels enrollment within the student's first three scheduled class days,

               except that the school may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees

               charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the

               program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement.

              

               Your cancellation takes effect when you give a hand-written Notice of Cancellation to

               the School Director at the following address:

          If Notice of Cancellation is mailed, it becomes effective as of the postmark date. 

               Within 30 days of hand-written Notice of Cancellation, you may-be due a refund in

               the order of the Refund Policy (discussed in the next chapter) minus the registration

               fee minus book fees and materials.  However, if you have received any materials,

               you must return it to the school within 72 hours after handwritten Notice of Cancellation

               is received by the School Director. If you do not return the equipment within 72 hours,

               school may deduct the cost of the equipment from the amount of the refund.
